Sovereign Builder License
This Builder License is what you receive when you buy Sovereign at the public price. It is separate from the default Personal license bundled in evaluation copies. By completing checkout (Stripe) or a signed order form, you agree to these terms plus the site Terms of Service.

1. Grant of license
Upon full payment, Black Label Bots grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive Builder license for one purchasing organization to:
- Install and operate Sovereign on infrastructure you control
- Rebrand the operator (name, persona, colors, wake phrase, dashboard)
- Deploy branded instances to your paying clients as part of a product or service you sell
- Modify source and add domain agents/skills for your vertical
- Collect revenue from your clients for the operator service you provide
2. What is included in $1,000
- Sovereign operator source package (daemon, memory, dashboard, sandbox, voice stack)
- Buyer documentation (SETUP, install script, rebrand guide)
- Reference agent templates
- 30 days post-purchase engineer support (deployment, branding, first module)
- Perpetual Builder license — no platform rent on the core operator
Trading, Marketing, Signals, Outbound, and Real Estate are separate products with their own pricing. They are not included in the $1,000 Sovereign price unless explicitly bundled in writing.
3. Restrictions (still proprietary)
Even with a Builder license, you may not:
- Publish Sovereign source code to a public GitHub/GitLab repo or open template marketplace
- Sell or sublicense the raw source archive as a competing dev kit without written approval
- Remove license or attribution mechanisms in the delivered package
- Represent Black Label Bots as warranting your client deployments or trading outcomes
You may ship compiled/deployed instances to clients under your brand without exposing your fork's source — same model as any white-label SaaS you host.
4. Finance terms
If you choose the 12-month finance plan ($100/mo, $1,200 total): you receive a time-limited operating license until the final payment clears. Ownership rights identical to outright purchase transfer on payment 12 of 12. Missed payments pause the license until the account is current.
5. Delivery
After Stripe confirms payment, you receive a secure download link and onboarding email within one business day. Delivery includes the buyer package zip, license key (if applicable), and support channel access for the 30-day window.
6. Warranty & liability
Software is provided as-is. You are responsible for client compliance, data security, and any modules you activate. See Risk Disclosure for trading-related modules.
7. Acceptance at checkout
